Depends. For my current commute,the roads are pretty good and all hills,so I prefer ridgid. If I had to ride downtown,I think I'd want some suspension. I've got a touch of carpel tunnel and DC roads are pretty crappy,plus you never know when you might need to hop a curb and run on a brick sidewalk.

Headshok is light by suspension standards,and is easliy turned on/off by a big 'ol lever in the headset. Only real drawback is fitting a front fender because of the location of the air chuck. A little MacGuyvering with zipties or an adapter(think Planet Bike makes one) will fix that.
