I have a morning ride tomorrow... wondering if I have the right equipment for these conditions :

Temps will start at around 30f ("feels like 20f") and en up at around 40... somewhat sunny, ride pace at around 18-20mph.

I have :
Long sleeve jersey, SS jersies. Jacket that is kind of puffy (not cool, I know) that is okay for these temps but too big...

Could use:
Cotton Parka
long sleave sweatshirt+tshirt under jersey?

Bib shorts, and tights to go under.. gloves and wool socks.

What should I wear?
