I too run a flashing white light in the rear along with red lights. And in Georgia no less. Mine is helmet mounted. I figure if it's ok for school buses, dump trucks, trash trucks, farm equipment and other slow moving vehicles, it's ok for a bicycle.
I wonder what statute allows them to use the high-mount flashing white light? <shrugs>
