If it's brighter than a Bull, I don't think I'd use it. heck, the Bull is manufactured as an emergency vehicle light. How much light do you need?
Ever see that episode of Cops when this car slams into the back of a police car at a stop sign with its full lights and strobes going? You can never have too much light.
