I was into MTB racing when I was in HS back in the late 80s and early 90s. When I got back into cycling I bought a nice hard tail but found myself riding it on the road so I bought a roadie and traded the MTB for a bike for my wife. This summer I got myself a Cannondale Rush 800 and hooked up with some MTB group rides. I to find 1 or 2 days a week ont he MTB really helps me on the road. Roadie first but love the woods too.
