Hi..
I just picked up an old used Sekine road bike. The problem is that with my foot on a pedal, every time I turn the wheel, the wheel hits my foot. This is not a bike sizing issue, the wheel simply comes VERY close to the pedal when turning. Is this just a matter of the crank arm being too long? any thoughts? Here is a picture..
