Nice ride for me this morning. I was pushing along well through a light headwind. Temps in the low 40s. Feels like springtime. Very, very strange.

Just got back from a physical exam. HHCMF! "Normal weight", elevated BP (white coat hypertension). She told me to eat more vegetables.
