you shouldn't need to change the RD adjustment. some times you may need a slight 1/4 turn adjustment if you are swapping between different manufacturers wheels because of tolerance issues, but most of the time no.

You are going to end up replacing two carriers if you want to convert the Record 11-23 to 12-25. If you want an easy way, just get a Veloce 25 individual cog and spacer and take out the 11. the veloce cog won't be Ti but its the same Ultra Drive cog.
