Have wellgo dual-sided spd clipless on all my bikes(4). 4 pairs of shoes w/cleats. One pair is oversized to allow room for thick wool socks during cold weather. One pair is over 10 years old and I've changed the cleats once. They're my main commuting shoes(yes, I dis-assemble and wash them once in a while). The other 2 are both 9 years old and are used for touring/daytour rides. They're mtb shoes w/a combo of laces and straps.
