Bikes: Vitus road bike, I bought used, graduated to a LOOK 555

amaze at the amount of fatigue, but did 54 minutes on a trainer.
I always heard work-outs when you have a virus are bad because you are more at risk for cardiac myopathy. Don't know if it's true, but that's why I don't.
