It was 36 degrees when I started before sunrise today, 45 degrees 1.5ish hours later. I added some toe covers and my new thinsulate gloves (fleece lining, wool outer shell) I got as an early Christmas present to my cold weather gear and it was by far the most comfortable cold weather ride I've had.
