I own a couple of Rossins, so the first thing I looked for are the typical headlugs Rossin uses, with the little 'curl' on each side. I see plain headlugs, with a heart cutout instead of a 'R' cutout. Can't see 'Rossin' engraved on the seatstaycaps too. Are you sure it's a Rossin? If it is, it's one of the lower end models. You could check the fork crown for an engraved 'R' and the underside of the bb shell, for a 'R' cutout.
