Not sure. Did not really see him long enough to tell but I had the same thought. However, he had to react fairly quickly to avoid hitting me by cutting inside of me so maybe not. I just think it was some punk hot roding around. I should reiterate that this was a quiet residential neighbor hood and he could have just as easily taken out a kid, dog walker, jogger, or someone getting in or out of a parked car. Just very stupid and careless and some people don't seem to get it until they put someone into the hospital or the morgue.
