Don't know for certain, but could be equivalent to the Rossin Cromor shown in this '88 catalog, but maybe a bit earlier, given the "restrained" paint job on yours: http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/rossin-88/5.jpg
Or could be a bit later after all the "new wave" painting craze had died down a bit...Rossin was probably the most enthusiastic promoter of that style of paint. looks like they spec'd those Boipace cranks on many of their bikes, so crank might be original...Gold Arrow RD might be too, might not, but that could help date it. Like others have said, the lack of pantographing points toward a lower-grade model, but I'm sure it's a fine rider whatever it's built with.
