I have them on my CAAD8. The cranks them selve's are fine. They aren't the lightest or stiffest around, but they're definitly decent, I raced on them all year and won my share of cat 4 races. The rings are pretty flaky, literally, the finish just flake's right off. And the ramping as other's said is pretty lousy, shifting was slightly more involved then compared to my synapse with FSA rings, both bikes are running the same ultegra FD, and ultegra chain. I'm looking forward to replacing the rings when they wear out.
