This is a typical problem with "normal" bicycles, and there is no way to really "fix" it.
If you want to ride in comfort, get a recumbent bicycle (or two!). The
Sun EZ-1 and
Cycle Genius Starling are lower-end bikes, both cost around $600.
Once you get used to riding a recumbent, you will wonder why you
ever put up with riding "normal" bicycles.
