It's a cycling simulator. I'll run down a list of (what i think are) its best features:

• Manage a team
• Sign new sponsors
• Sign new riders
• Hire and manage a staff
• Assign rider roles (leader, co-leader, sprinter, protected rider, etc.)
• Choose your equipment (frame, front and rear wheels, helmet)
• Choose which races to run, and who does them
• a HUGE amount of in-race management (attack, counter-attack, follow, protect, even when to take water/food!)
• Multiple camera angles
