I bought a full bike there. Other than the front rim having a slight wobble (probably from a store test ride) and the front tire being shipped with a pinch flat (from what ever caused the front wheel wobble, no doubt), no problems with the bike. It was (store) new, and (practically) as described, and I'm happy with it!

Got a great price, too... probably 400 less than I could get locally, and even then, not locally since that store was about 100 miles away...
