Bikes: Litespeed Siena;GT Course; (soon) Jamis Fixed Gear Sputnick

Seems like way to is get the complete bike for $175 more. For all the good Ritchey parts you get--and the other stuff you can sell on Ebay--much better to get the whole bike.

Except for the bars I replaced everything on it. Some things were a size issue. Re the cranks I wanted something shorter and with a little smaller chainring. Was able to sell some stuff on Ebay--other things (like the Alex wheels) will become backups.

Really like the bike--nice and comfortable on a few 40 mile rides. Now if I stop trying to coast.
