Yeh, take a test ride before you buy it. Especially since comfort is the reason you're looking to buy this bike.

Used to be you could tell if a bike would fit or not (pretty close anyway) by things like frame size and standover height. But now, with compact geometry and sloping top tubes and different geometry, it's not so simple.
