Tony's really flexible..It sounds like it would be easier for him to sell you a complete bike less the parts you have, and then you do the work yourself installing your parts or take the bike to a bike shop. It bet if you take the bike to a shop, it would end up the same cost if you were to pay for shipping to tony.
