the angus bottom bracket shell is 68mm width english threaded. this is a very common threading, i'd bet your phil is too.

sugino 75s have jis taper, they work with the standard iro bottom bracket. pauls have iso (campagnolo taper) and in practice can be used, but are really better suited for an iso bottom bracket. phil makes bottom brackets of both varieties.

don't send him your parts to install, that's just silly.
