I am sure Tony will install the parts but I woul dguess he wont do it for free. By the time you pay to send him the parts and pay him to install them you would have saved yourself some money and if not at least the time to just get it done locally....or you could use the money to buy the tools and go to Parktools.com and read on how to do it.

Any 68mm english threaded BB will work so no problem with that part of your question.
