The panaracer mythos/trialbears kick butt in leaves. The smallish hard knobs sort of cut through leafy carpets and stick to the trail.
I just came off some specialized resolutions that did really well for me in the conditions you described. I just switched out to a fatter tire. Otherwise I would have kept them for the winter.
