I obey Stop signs about the same as cars do. I go through red traffic lights with care. If the light has just gone green I slow to check for cars crossing on the red. I go on side walks with little pedestrian traffic to avoid broken road surface or congested motor traffic. I ride one-way streets wrong way with extreme caution. Police here dont seem to care what I do.
