No, the cyclist doesn't have a gun to their heads, but if it's miles to the next spot where a car can pass, then we, as cyclists that demand that motorized vehicles obey the vehicle code, expect the cars to patiently wait behind us for miles by not crossing over the double yellow, or are we asking them to break the law and do it anyway?
