I'm not sure it's ITB. What I found says ITB connected to the thigh and ABOVE the knee cap while my pain is below the knee cap, between the knee cap and the top of my shin bone. The rest I read sounds familiar, though. I'll take some alieve tonight, and maybe wear a knee brace with patellar support while avoiding any real climbing. *sniff*
