Subway can be relatively good for you if you watch what they put on it. The wheat is not "true" wheat. As other people mentioned, watch the oil if you can, they tend to put on a lot if you don't ask.
Pretty healthy and tasty too. Better than I remember as a kid. Anyone remember when Subway used to cut out a wedge from the bread and stuff soggy ingredients in the small wedge? Horrible stuff back then.
