There is a big difference between Scat bikes and BikesDirect. Scat bikes are sold in Performance shops all over the country, so you can test ride them first, get properly sized and fitted, have the bike professionally assembled, and bring the bikes back for any warranty issues. For a good quality bike, I would pay a couple of or even a few hundred dollars extra for this.
