At the top of the seat stays, do the flats say Rossin?
When I got my Rossin (it's the one listed as the Sante' or RL on the 88 Bulgier.net pics), it was a mixture of mid-80's Dura Ace, 600 and 105 brakes, primarily 600. Plus 27" clincher wheels, Maillard hubs (not Helicomatic) with Weinmann rims. It was one of the blue into white with netting in the middle paint jobs, but had the usual markings: R's on the fork crown, Rossin on the top end of the seat stays, Columbus tubing and a tip for pump mounting on the backside of the head tube.
