I laid the chain off to the side of the 3 front rings and turned again. Still squeaking. Ill take it to the LBS and watch them so that next time i might do it myself.

Just a thought....is there any chance that grease could be squirted down the seat tube to reach the BB? Or is that sealed off from the rest of the frame tubes? That would be convienient. Ill look with a flashlight to be sure.
