Bikes: Giant TCR 0, Lemond Zurich, Giant NRS 1, Jamis Explorer Beater/Commuter, Peugeot converted single speed

I have been thinking about doing this to my wheels and cranks. I just need to bite the bullet and find a local source. Can I find good tape at the Blue Devil (Walmart)? What about Auto Supply stores?
