Misty day, coming and going. At least the forecast high wind didn't happen (Yeah, I know Chris L, I'm a wuss). In fact the evening turned out to be much warmer than forecast and I was overdressed. Staring into the cone of reflected light from my headlight I was wondering, do those lights that let you swivel the light to where you want it work as "dimmer" switches in fog and mist? Anyone have any experience with them under those conditions?
