I want to say this differently just to make sure I got it right:
the reflective stuff on each side goes around perhaps 180 degrees
while the other 180 degrees has no tape. I've got a stash of
SOLAS tape that I was getting ready to put between every
other spoke pair on each rim. Maybe I need to reconsider and
apply tape (for a 32 spoke wheel) between 16 contiguous spokes
on each side. I can still be anal and still provide balance by 16
on one side and the other 16 on the other side.

Did I get that right??
