got tired of waiting on backorder and found a lbs that the owner is in it for the love of bikes (can you say 2 retirement checks each month).he sold me a bar with 2" rise 3deg.sweep and 25"wide.i am still fiddling with the right setup but so far no wrist or hand pain,climbing and cornreing are about the same as with new stem only,and this seems to be the right setup.got some new grips too that are fatter and softer than old ones. i say thank you for the responses i got they made the difference
