I am 55 and hail from Auckland, New Zealand. I have ridden the same Giant prodigy for the last 15 years or so, replacing and updating as bits wore out. Yes, I have slowed down...it just takes more effort to get out there and keep the exercise levels up. I have cycled on and off most of my life and do not take supplements...I am a vegetarian though. I cycle tour mostly...local and overseas in Europe. I can still, on occasion, manage 140 kilometres a day with panniers over varying terrain...albeit, a bit slowly.
