Everything I've heard about the ENO hub says it rocks. I haven't tried one though I'd like to. I guess that doesn't really help you out.
But instead of a suspension seat post I got a Brooks Champion Flyer. It's a B-17 with springs. It's heavy as a cow but oh so smooth and happens to look the part on my fixie. The main advantage to sprung seats over suspension seatposts is that a sprung seat will never wear out (short of breaking a spring, and you can get replacments for cheap) and a suspension seatpost will wear and then wear out. Oh, and lastly, suspension seatposts are ugly and sprung seats are super sexy! To me anyway.
