I have a '74-ish Fuji Dynamic 10, which is in about the same ballpark as the bike that you're talking about. I say keep it, and have it overhauled or at least, tuned up, and ride like the wind! ;-D Seriously, I ride mine frequently, and it's just a fun, easy riding, relatively light weight (compared to my old Schwinns) bike. Keep it, and enjoy it! It would be especially fun for you, since you are the original owner, so you know the bike's history, and I'm sure it has quite a few memories for you! Happy Riding!
