I have just finished building a bike with the ENO hub. I am using a 16t Dura Ace cog on the fixed side and a 17/19t ENO DOS freewheel on the other side. All three can be used with the same chain length. I believe there is room for one more tooth... so a total of four teeth is about the limit.
