We had "Wild Game Day" here yesterday as the ladies parentals came down with venison and caribou! Spent the day watching them prep the meat with
Ulu's - the meat came from outside Pangnirtung, Nunavut as my girlfriends mom does research with the Inuit there. Super cool... and one of the best meals I've ever eaten. Now my leftovers consist of caribou stew, caribou roast and venison stroganoff. Ridiculous.
