They have regular rides in and around Shanghai and Pudong. Typically from the Maglev out to the Airport. Check their calendar on the main page.

Places to live? Best bet is to get connected with an apartment finder. It really depends on what you want and where you're going to be working. If you're on the Shanghai side of the Huangpu, the French Concession is a pretty nice area. If you're going to be working in Pudong - lots and lots of high rises available.
