Yeah, that sounds like a wiring nightmare. I have a Specialized turbo computer with wireless speed on the front wheel and wired cadence. I just ran the cadence wire down the under side of the downtube with cable ties. Did you get a gift receipt?
Was a gift to myself. I was gonna get an easy one and the guy at the bikeshop talked me into it.
Ill return it and go basic like I had wanted to in the beginning. I was told wireless would interfere with my HR monitor.
