Personally, I'd stick with the Quill stem. More options
for adjusting height (not sure of adjustments with
adapter). I'd look for a Serotta engraved stem that
were available from ITM, Cinelli and 3TTT. Serotta still
has some Ti Quill stems available check their web site
they are priced to move but size is very limited.
You can still find quills on e-bay, and alot of retaillers
still have stock on hand.
I'm guessing you meant F1 fork as Serotta never made
a T1 fork. The real deal ride is the Serotta steel fork but
thats just my personal opinion (highly biased I might add).
