I would say that the frame is one of ours but I would like see it.
Don't know who sprayed it though and the cheek of putting Rossin on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On the bottom bracket shell there should be a 4 digit number (may be hard to spot) email me that and i'll tell you more info date, who for etc. we keep all frame data on every frame we've made but may take some digging because some is still on paper.
