Bikes: 2010 Mitcholo w/ Sram Force/Red

My sawzall is a 27 speed DeWalt, what do I need to upgrade to a 30 speed Milwaukee, and can I get a carbon fiber blade and a titanium cord? What is better, cordless or corded?
