At first I couldn't get it to the lowest gear for climbing.
Of course my nay-sayer ride buddy with his 11lbs~ Record equipped Ghisallo was starting to laugh and induce buyer's remorse.
I wasn't too happy. Took it back to the bike shop and it turns out that it was a simple adjustment of turning some dial at the end of a cable (not sure what's it called) for the rear deraileur.
Ever since it's been flawless as if it was meant for each other.
I have no regrets about going with 650C + compact cranks + 12/27 cassettes.
