I'm in the process of putting together a team for an upcoming 12 Hour Race. Has anybody done one of these? If so, any hints for success!

My teammates and I are doing it "just for fun", but it's still a race and we don't want to be embarrassed at the finish.

Although this should be posted in a few different threads, here goes: What is a good light for a good price? How many laps should each person do at a time? What should you do for training? What do you do while waiting for your next turn?....etc.

The race is in about 3 weeks and any info would be helpful.
Thanks
Big Vic
