This is the list of online dealers.

Each and every one has their O W N person ( whether a person in their company, or a local person) build the wheels for Y O U. You can call them or email them and discuss how you want Y O U R wheels built according to your riding style, weight etc. For example I originally wanted relatively light wheels but I weigh 210 lbs, so I talked to Gregg at Superspokes and he recommended H E have H I S wheelbuilder build M Y wheels with Areohead Rims, titanium spokes with 28 1X in the front 32 spokes 2X in the rear. Oh by the way the wheels were shipped in a Velocity box from H I S builder from a different address than Superspokes. I don't know how I can make this any clearer. Is it possible that on occasion Velocity directly makes some wheels and offers them to their distributors maybe maybe not, though I have never heard this. But their normal way of business is to have their distributors/sellers MAKE THE WHEELS. Your guy is giving you wrong information
