The time I have available to ride is early in the morning. I'm out the door around 6-6:10 a.m. and it is often dark out. I have reflective tape on the fenders, crank arms, water bottle cages, and I use tires with reflective sidewalls. I have three blinkies on the back, 3 lights in the front and a white reflector. I also wear reflective ankle bands around my ankles (duh) and my wrists and if I don't wear my illuminite vest I throw on a reflective safety vest until it gets light out. All this and I still feel like I could do more to make myself more visible, heh.
