I think it's important to keep the 925 basic but easily and infinitely customizable by the consumer. Once a bike or car or anything else tries to get "cool", the cool people drop it like a stone, a few hipster wanna-be's that arrived way late to the party buy it, and that just crushes its image forever.

So, I'd leave the 925 pretty much as it is but make a few improvements as suggested like the dropouts and adding an extra bottle cage mount.

For everyone wanting a ss 'cross bike; just take the Conquest and make it SS/FG.

Instead of a big decal on the bottom tube, how about something understated just on the chainstay and a cool headbadge?
